The Tennessee funeral grind outfit transformed the Calgary stage into something closer to a dimly lit Victorian funeral parlour than a concert venue, enveloping the room in a cloak of darkness that had the crowd locked in awe from the first haunting screech to the final soul-crushing riff of Shall It Be. Mesmerizing, hypnotic, and genuinely unsettling. If you weren’t there, you missed something you won’t easily find again.
